I am absolutely happy with my experience with this vet. I called them prior to moving here from West Texas. I spoke with Dorothy, she put me in the system and answered any questions I had. First visit I accompanied my sister and her dog, Dr. Collinsworth was very attentive to Molly. Second visit was for my cat who is dealing with a nasty wound on her face. Dr. Collinsworth was patient with me and my case. Third visit was for a biopsy and what a nerve wrecking experience that is when you are new to the area but the Dr was super sweet to Maddie as well as both the technicians that tended to her. I highly recommend them for all your pets veterinary care.
They are kind and caring. My dog had suffered for years from a wrong diagnosis. The vet here looked at his mouth and his butt gave me the right diagnosis and he has lived happily ever after.
The staff is really nice and helpful, and when I asked the vet about a problem I was having with the dog I did not bring up there he had no problem talking to me and helping me with the my other dog. He did not rush me out or make me feel like I was not important. I can't say enough good things about this place. This is clean friendly atmosphere, and I am so happy I brought my dog here.
Our family has been here since 2003 and both Dr. Collinsworth and Dr. Stephens are wonderful. The ladies are caring, gentle, respectful to both my animals and me! Doctors are kind, gentle with my animals, and they teach you what to do and not to do for them. I can tell they truly love animals. I've had our furboys kenneled a couple of times here and they're very attentive to them. I trust them with my furbabies.
This vet has a healing gift. He treats your pets like they are children with so much care and compassion. He is very intuitive and thorough; moreover, he takes the time to educate pet owners. If you take your pets here, they will enjoy healthier and happier lives.
