The Store in Gun Barrel City is wonderful. The store is always clean and a great place to shop for my babies at home! The employees in the store are very knowledgeable on the items they sell in the store. When I go in there the manager knows me by name and that makes one feel important. I hope all of your managers and staff at your other stores are just as great as the ones at Gun Barrel.
A bit pricey, but you'll probably find what you're looking for. Very friendly staff. I brought my new dog in for a reflective harness and a nice lady talked to us about him for a while. She wasn't being a pushy salesperson, just genuinely nice. I'll certainly come back for my future pet needs.
Love that we finally got a decent pet store in GBC. The prices are a little high for the area, but they are still affordable. Great selection of food, treats, toys and accessories for my fur babies.

I go here pretty often and I love it. The staff is very nice, and I love the selection of foods they have, and the frequent buyer offers. I only get food for my cats here, not Walmart, because they have more options that don't have byproducts and other ingredients I'd prefer to stay away from. I don't mind paying a kittle more because my fur babies are worth it!
